Have students utilize their own bodies and minds to create shapes that remind them of the winter time. Students are able to integrate their own ideas into their own movements.

Plan (Activity)

After watching an example video and warming up, students will gather into groups and create three unique yoga poses that remind them of the winter time.

Assessment

Students present to the class what they have come up with.

Homework

Try out their yoga poses outside of the classroom, for example at home or with friends.
